Special Notice regarding the use of Waharoa
Waharoa airfield in the Waikato is the home field of the Matamata-Piako MAC.
As well as club events many groups within the Association are fortunate to
run events at this excellent flying site. Members who do fly or are likely to
fly at Waharoa are requested to familiarise themselves with the new MPMAC
safety plan which can be found on the
clubs website. MFNZ
Council suggests that other clubs, particularly those whose home field is
also an airfield, may wish to adopt or adapt this plan for their own use.
Upcoming Events The
calendar is being
continually added to. Clubs, SIG's and other groups are invited to send their dates to the
webmaster. These will be added to the
Calendar in the order in
which they are received. Council recommends you check the
website when compiling
your calendar to avoid clashes with other events.
